By accessing or using the Octopus Cards platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Octopus Cards LLC.

2. Description of Services

Octopus Cards provides a platform for purchasing, distributing, and redeeming digital gift cards, mobile top-ups, utility vouchers, and AI platform credits. Our cards are closed-loop and single-use — each card can be redeemed exactly once for its designated purpose.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Purchases & Payments

• All purchases are final. Digital cards and top-ups are non-refundable once a code has been delivered.
• Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.
• You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction.
• Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Card Redemption

• Each card contains a unique code and PIN that can be redeemed once on the designated claim page.
• Cards must be redeemed within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Expired cards cannot be redeemed or refunded.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your card code and PIN. Octopus Cards is not liable for unauthorized redemptions resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another card, or used for purposes other than their designated use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or exploit the platform or any card codes.
• Resell cards at a markup without prior written authorization from Octopus Cards.
• Use the Services to launder money or finance terrorism or other illegal activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the platform are owned by or licensed to Octopus Cards LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octopus Cards LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific card or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Any unredeemed cards remain subject to their original terms and validity period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
